Returns

• Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Certain items, such as intimate wear, custom orders, & sale items are non-returnable.

• Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at NatabyDesign@gmail.com with your order details.

• Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions on how to send your item back.

• Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Your custom-made garments deserve proper care to maintain their quality and longevity. Please follow these guidelines:

• Washing: Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle with similar colors.

• Drying: Lay flat to dry or use low heat dryer settings.

• Ironing:Use a low-heat iron or steam setting as needed

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, and use padded hangers for delicate fabrics.

• Always refer to the specific care label included with your garment for best results.

How to Measure for Your Band and Cup Size

1. Measuring Your Band Size:

• Step 1: Using a soft measuring tape, measure around your ribcage, just under your bust. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight, and is parallel to the floor.

• Step 2: Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.

• Step 3: If the measurement is an even number, add 4 inches. If it’s an odd number, add 5 inches. This gives you your band size.

Example:

    •    Ribcage measurement is 30 inches → Add 4 inches → Band size = 34.

2. Measuring Your Bust Size:

• Step 1: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape comfortably snug (but not tight). Make sure the tape runs straight across your back and stays level.

• Step 2: Round to the nearest whole number.

Example:

• Bust measurement is 36 inches.

3. Calculating Your Cup Size:

• Step 1: Subtract your band size (from Step 1) from your bust measurement (from Step 2).

• Step 2: The difference between these two measurements determines your cup size. Each inch difference corresponds to a cup letter:

  • 1 inch = A cup

  • 2 inches = B cup

  • 3 inches = C cup

  • 4 inches = D cup

  • 5 inches = DD cup

Example:

• Bust measurement = 36 inches

• Band size = 34 inches

• Difference = 2 inches → This means you are a B cup.

Example Size Calculation:

• Ribcage measurement: 30 inches

• Add 4 inches → Band size = 34 inches

• Bust measurement: 36 inches

• Difference: 36 (bust) - 34 (band) = 2 inches → Cup size: B

• Final bra size: 34B
