Returns

• Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Certain items, such as intimate wear, custom orders, & sale items are non-returnable.

• Return Process:

• Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions on how to send your item back.

• Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

How to Measure:

    1.    Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpits, keeping the tape level.

    2.    Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (just above your belly button), ensuring the tape is snug but not tight.

    3.    Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

    4.    Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

    5.    Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to your wrist.

Your custom-made garments deserve proper care to maintain their quality and longevity. Please follow these guidelines:

• Washing: Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle with similar colors.

• Drying: Lay flat to dry or use low heat dryer settings.

• Ironing:Use a low-heat iron or steam setting as needed

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, and use padded hangers for delicate fabrics.

• Always refer to the specific care label included with your garment for best results.
